What’s an amazing support experience you’ve been part of? What made it memorable?
I had just signed up for a trial customer account with AgoraPulse and was searching through the very comprehensive support FAQ for a question that I had.
Shortly after that, AgoraPulse customer support proactively emailed me saying that they realised I had been searching the FAQ for quite a few times and asked if the issue had been resolved.
I do not usually reach out to customer support, knowing that they are probably swamped with emails, and try to resolve issues myself.
So for them to reach out to me, a trial and not revenue generating customer, was very surprising and made me feel very valued!
