So I'm knee deep in job applications now.
How I do it:
Find job openings via LinkedIn Jobs, Glassdoor, Indeed, directly on company sites etc.
Find recuitment companies to apply to.
Research the heck out of companies. Mission and vision? What is the CEO/Founder like? Does it harm the world?
If I like a particular company that has no openings, I email them directly and ask if they have any open positions, hoping to nab a suitable soon-to-be open position!
Record down who I applied to, how and when.
Data collection to track progress.
When a reply is received, I know how long the application took to process.
Track which sites / methods of application give a better response rate.
